We have 3 multipurpose rooms and a gymnasium to meet your needs. Please use the contact form, email, call or stop by to see our spaces and how they might work for you.

Formerly - the Main Hall
A perfect room to have your social, wedding, corporate training or fundraiser! The Linda Boyd Studio has lovely vaulted ceilings and access to a kitchen serving area. This room also has a sound system.

Yes! You can set up your event as it suits your needs
Set up and clean up (tear down) are to be done during your rental period
Yes! Only use 'fun tak' or painters tape when affixing decorations to the walls (nothing on the ceiling).
NO tacks, staples, packing or duct tape!
All decorations must come down at the end of the event.

Yes! We have a few requirements for any event serving alcohol:
You must hire Winakwa bartenders for your event and you must have a LGCA permit.

All our rooms have serving areas.
However we do not allow cooking in any of our rooms. Please do not bring cookers/hotplates of any kind. - including gas.
Crockpots, instapots, electric food warmers are all welcome.

No, payment in full is due 7 days after a contract is returned to us.

Yes! We have two coffee urns available for our renters - 100 cup & 45 cup capacities.
We do not provide coffee, coffee fixings, cups or other kitchenware. Please use the 'special request' section on your contract to request use of our coffee urns.
We have 90 parking stalls.
