Hourly Rentals

The City of Winnipeg requires general liability insurance for recurring rentals. 

The following are the requirements we will need:

• To maintain and keep in force during the term of this Agreement, a general liability insurance policy in respect of the use of the Facility named in the Agreement with, 
• Minimum limits of $ 2,000,000 inclusive; 
• The City of Winnipeg added as an additional insured
• Inclusion of a cross liability clause; 
• Insurance coverage to be effective immediately upon the User taking possession of the Facility until such time as the Facility is surrendered to the City.   

 Insurance may be available through your sport association, Sport Manitoba or another insurance company.  We, unfortunately, cannot make recommendations regarding individual insurance needs or providers.   

In addition to Winakwa Rental Contracts, we will also collect City of Winnipeg Facility Use Agreements and proof of insurance.
