What You Need To Know
Cost: $90 per season (10 weeks)
Day: Wednesdays
Age Range: 6-13
Times:
- Ages 6-9 play 5:00pm–6:00pm
- Ages 10-13 play 6:00pm–7:00pm
Equipment: Clean indoor non marking shoes and a positive attitude
Sticks and goalie equipment are supplied by the community club.
All skill levels are welcome!
How It Works
At the beginning of each season the kids will be split into teams and play on those teams for the following three weeks. Starting week four, we jumble up the teams and play with those teams for three weeks. We do this one more time to give us 9 weeks of games played with lots of new teammates and new friendships. Week 10 is reserved for our All Star night! This is always a fun night as the kids battle the parents! Dust off those sneakers and start stretching now parents! If the parents are worn out, we can play a few games of dodgeball at the end.
Important Info About Our Program
This is a fun first league. We promote a community floor hockey program where the kids learn and develop new skills in a non pressure environment. We do not keep score. We recognize and respect all skill levels and abilities. Any taunting or aggressive play will not be tolerated. We respect our parent volunteers who coach the teams. We hope that parents/guardians can assist the coaches if any situations arise during play by providing support for their child.
