• Gym availability will  be emailed to you based on your initial request
• Confirm which session you would like - it will be reserved for you
• Complete and return the contract by the date requested
• You will receive a confirmation email
• Pay the current session fee before entering the gym

• You must be 18+ to rent the gym
• NO food or drink (except water in a sealed container) in the gym
• Indoor, non-marking, court shoes to be worn by everyone (including coaches and other non-playing persons) at all times
• The contract signee must be on site the entire rental

• Cancellation without 30 days notice is a $50.00 fine/session
• All ‘No Shows’ will be charged the full amount owing for the date of the rental
• Cancellations with 30 days notice
• A full refund will be issued if payment has been made
• No cancellation fee will apply
• All refunds are issued by cheque and mailed to the lessee

The City of Winnipeg requires general liability insurance for recurring rentals. 

The following are the requirements we will need:

• To maintain and keep in force during the term of this Agreement, a general liability insurance policy in respect of the use of the Facility named in the Agreement with, 
• Minimum limits of $ 2,000,000 inclusive; 
• The City of Winnipeg added as an additional insured
• Inclusion of a cross liability clause; 
• Insurance coverage to be effective immediately upon the User taking possession of the Facility until such time as the Facility is surrendered to the City.   

 Insurance may be available through your sport association, Sport Manitoba or another insurance company.  We, unfortunately, cannot make recommendations regarding individual insurance needs or providers.   

In addition to Winakwa Rental Contracts, we will also collect City of Winnipeg Facility Use Agreements and proof of insurance.
