The City of Winnipeg requires general liability insurance for recurring rentals.
The following are the requirements we will need:
Insurance may be available through your sport association, Sport Manitoba or another insurance company. We, unfortunately, cannot make recommendations regarding individual insurance needs or providers.
In addition to Winakwa Rental Contracts, we will also collect City of Winnipeg Facility Use Agreements and proof of insurance.

Every rental needs a rental contract to be completed and returned to the office by the due date requested.
Failure to do so may result in losing your reservation without notice.
The City of Winnipeg requires all renters who book more than 1 rental at a time to have insurance.

We accept VISA, MasterCard, debit, exact cash, and cheque. We also accept payments online through our online payment system - VISA, MasterCard and VISA debit.

For most rentals your payment is due 7 days after your contract is returned to us.
Some rentals (last minute rentals, recurring rentals and others) may have different due dates.
