Our Volunteer Craft Show Convenor is taking a well-earned break. You’re welcome to email with your interest, but responses to vendors will begin again in early summer.
If you’d like to be considered, please include your name, what you sell, the number of 8' tables you need, whether you require power, and any other key details.

Craft Show Registration

In Person Registrations - Open until September 15, 2026

Winakwa Community Centre is currently experiencing technical difficulties with our online registration platform. We are actively working with our software provider to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. To ensure all transactions are handled accurately, we have temporarily paused online registration.

If you have received your registration information from Janice to participate in this year's craft show, please register in person at the Winakwa Community Centre office, located at 980 Winakwa Road. Registration hours are Monday through Thursday, from 8:00 AM to 6:30PM and Fridays 8:00am - 4:00PM.

If you are unable to visit us during these hours, please email us at office@winakwacc.ca before coming by. We will gladly coordinate a time when a trained staff member is available to assist you.

How to register

Registration is finalized when Winakwa has received a completed the online registration (sent via email link), and full payment has been made.

How do I apply to be a vendor?

Please send an email to our Craft Show Convenor using the email button provided above. Be sure to include all the requested information in your message. Kindly allow some time for a response, as this is a volunteer-managed position.

What is the registration deadline?

Generally registrations must be completed by September 15, 2026.

Can I sell food?

Yes! Please send a detailed list of what you are selling, including ingredients to the Craft Sale convenor. This information must to be submitted to and approved by Manitoba Health. Please see the Farmers' Market Guidelines

When can I get into the hall to set up?

8:00am the day of the show

Once you have finished setting up, please move your vehicles to the far end of the parking lot or street parking.

How big are the tables?

Tables are standard 8' folding banquet tables.

Can I bring my own backdrop?

Yes! Please make sure it is 'free standing' as affixing items to the walls is not allowed.

Are tables assigned?

Tables will be assigned and all special requests will be accommodated to the best

of our ability.

Can I have items around my table as well as on?

Please make sure they are not an obstruction to customers or other exhibitors.

When is the show open to the public?

10:00am - 4:00pm.

All displays should remain up until 4:00pm, however, if customers are still shopping, feel free to linger.

Is there an entrance fee for shoppers?

Yes - we charge $2.00

Is there a silent auction?

Yes! Please drop off your donation (approximately $25.00 value) at the front entrance at check-in.
