Registration is finalized when Winakwa has received the Liability Release & Indemnity Form, completed the online registration (send via email link), and full payment has been made.

Please send an email to our Craft Show Convenor using the email button provided above. Be sure to include all the requested information in your message. Kindly allow some time for a response, as this is a volunteer-managed position.

Generally registrations must be completed by October 1.

Yes!  Please send a detailed list of what you are selling, including ingredients to the Craft Sale convenor.  This information must to be submitted to and approved by Manitoba Health.  Please see the Farmers' Market Guidelines below for more information.

8:00am the day of the show

Once you have finished setting up, please move your vehicles to the far end of the parking lot. 

Tables are standard 8' folding banquet tables.

Yes!  Please make sure it is 'free standing' as affixing items to the walls is not allowed.

Tables will be assigned and all special requests will be accommodated to the best

of our ability.

Please make sure they are not an obstruction to customers or other exhibitors.

10:00am - 4:00pm. 

All displays should remain up until 4:00pm, however, if customers are still shopping, feel free to linger. 

Yes - we charge $1.00

Yes!  Please drop off your donation (approximately $20.00 value) at the front entrance by 9:30am.

3:00pm - all winners will be notified.
