When is the craft show?

How do I apply to be a vendor?

Please use the 'Intake form' above to contact our Winakwa Craft Sale convenor

When can I get into the hall to set up?

8:00am the day of the show

Once you have finished setting up, please move your vehicles to the far end of the parking lot.

When is the show open to the public?

10:00am - 4:00pm.

All displays should remain up until 4:00pm, however, if customers are still shopping, feel free to linger.

Can I bring my own backdrop?

Yes! Please make sure it is 'free standing' as affixing items to the walls is not allowed.

Can I have items around my table as well as on?

Please make sure they are not an obstruction to customers or other exhibitors.

Is there an entrance fee?

Yes - we charge $1.00

How big are the tables?

Tables are standard 8' folding banquet tables.

Can I sell food?

Yes! Please send a detailed list of what you are selling, including ingredients to the Craft Sale convenor. This information must to be submitted to and approved by Manitoba Health. Please see the 'Farmers' Market Guidelines' below for more information.

Is there a silent auction?

Yes! Please drop off your donation (approximately $20.00 value) at the front entrance by 9:30am.

When is the silent auction?

3:00pm - all winners will be notified.
