All that's required to participate are clean indoor shoes and a desire to have fun! If you have shin guards or gloves, feel free to wear these as well.

Hey everyone, Just a quick note for anyone interested in playing floor hockey here at Winakwa C.C. this upcoming fall/winter. Registration officially opens August 15th and stays open until September 15th. Cost remains unchanged at $90 per season (10 weeks) and is open to all kids aged 6-12 and all skill levels. As is usual all you need to play is clean indoor shoes and the will to have fun. All sticks and goalie equipment is supplied. As an addition we have added a new winter season to complement our fall season. Both sessions will be open for registration during this window so you can choose to do one or both!
The fall season will run on Thursdays from 5:00 to 6:00 weekly October 3rd to December 5th.
The winter season will run on Thursdays from 5:00 to 6:00 weekly January 16th to March 20th.
At the beginning of the season kids will be split into teams and play a three week long season. Once that season is complete we jumble up the teams and play a second three week long season. We do this one more time to give us 9 weeks of games played with lots of new teammates and hopefully many new friendships. Week 10 is reserved for our All star night! This is always a highlight night as the kids battle the parents. Dust off those sneakers and start stretching now parents. If the parents are worn out we can play a few games of dodgeball also. Registration cost will be $90 which includes all fees. All that is required to play is clean indoor non marking shoes and a willingness to have some fun.
