Perfect for showers, gatherings and birthdays. This room is on the 2nd floor (stairs are the only way to access this floor) fits 80 people, has a full kitchen, separate bathrooms and 32” TV with DVD and VCR player!
This rental includes 3 hours in MPR #1 and 2 hours out of the 3 hours in the gymnasium, with full usage of gym equipment!

The hourly rental price is for meetings, launches and events that do not have food/ beverages.
$30.00 + GST = $31.50 for every additional hour. All items brought in must be removed after the event, all garbage thrown out into BFI bin outside our facility, floor swept, tables & chairs cleaned off and put away.
If your event runs past 6:00 PM. $60.00 + GST = $63.00 for every additional hour. All items brought in must be removed after the event and all garbage must be thrown out into BFI bin outside our facility. We take care of rest of the clean-up for you!
Rental fee and a $300.00 damage deposit must be made at the time of booking to authorize contract.
Price includes the following: Set-up, clean-up, bartenders, supervisor, unlimited Pepsi products, orange juice, clamato juice, cranberry juice, lemon juice, lime juice, Worcestershire sauce, tabasco sauce, coffee, coffee cups, cream, sugar, stir styx, ice, liquor cups, cash boxes and wrist bands.
** Clean-up does not include removing cups and liquor from the tables, which must be done by the permit holder. All decorations must be removed as well.

Winakwa is pleased to have G&L music services as the preferred music provider for your event. G&L has over 25 years of experience in this industry and will provide recorded dance music with quality and affordability for all functions. They are A.V.L.A (Audio-Video Licensing Agency Inc.) licenced with professional DJ’s. G&L will also provide a laser light show for your event.
Rates:
5 hour long events (8pm – 1am) $550.00 plus tax = $577.50
7 hour long events (6pm – 1am) $650.00 plus tax = $682.50
All extra equipment or lights required that are not included in the prices above will be charged by G&L Music Service as an extra charge IE: Uplighting or Projector.
