Yes! Only use 'fun tak' or painters tape when affixing decorations to the walls (nothing on the ceiling).
NO tacks, staples, packing or duct tape!
All decorations must come down at the end of the event.
Please do not decorate with:
- Glitter
- Confetti
- Sparkles
- Coloured sand or powder
- Fog or bubble
- Candles
If you are unsure, please ask!
Common spaces are not included in the rental and cannot be used
Yes! We have two coffee urns available for our renters - 100 cup & 45 cup capacities.
We do not provide coffee, coffee fixings, cups or other kitchenware
We have 99 parking stalls.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Gym Refund Policy
- Cancellation without 30 days notice is a $50.00 fine
- All ‘No Shows’ will be charged the full amount owing for the date of the rental
- Cancellations with 30 days notice
- A full refund will be issued if payment has been made
- No cancellation fee will apply
- All refunds are issued by cheque and mailed to the lessee
Event Refund Policy:
- No refund if cancelled with out 30 days notice
- Cancellation with 30 days notice is a $50.00 fee

Hourly Refund Policy
- No refund if cancelled with out 30 days notice
- Cancellation with 30 days notice is a $50.00 fee

Social Refund Policy
- A Refundable damage deposit of $500.00 is required to hold the hall.
- Cancellation with 90 days notice is a $250.00 fee
- Cancellation without 90 days notice there is no refund of your damage deposit All damage costs will be deducted from the deposit first, excess damages will be invoiced
- Failure to exit the building as requested by 1:45am could incur a partial loss of the damage deposit
- Your damage deposit will be returned in whole or in part within 14 days after your event
- All refunds will be issued by cheque
