Main Hall

 

COST:

– For events that feature food and drinks (birthday parties, showers, gatherings etc) the Main Hall can be rented in 5 hour blocks at $250.00 +GST. This gives extra time for set up and clean up. Additional hours are $30.00 +GST

– Weddings: $1,325.00 +GST (5:00 PM -1:00 AM)

Socials/alcohol selling functions:

Fridays and Saturdays: $1,025.00 +GST (8:00 PM – 1:00 AM)
New Years Eve: $1,875.00 +GST (8:00 PM – 2:00 AM)

– Charity socials (e.g. Burn Fund, etc.) 3 per year, first come first serve:

Fridays and Saturdays: $922.50 +GST (8:00 PM – 1:00 AM)

– Showers/birthday parties (Non Alcoholic Functions) $300.00 flat rate for Hall Rental ONLY

Damage deposit of $500.00 is required to hold the rental (Refundable after event up to 2-3 weeks).

– Licensed for 245 people
– Weddings comfortably fit 120 people.
– Dimensions: 60′ x 48′ with a full kitchen
– Main floor with handicap washrooms

Social rental includes:
– liquor dispensers
– beer/liquor glasses
– kitchen facilities
– water and juice containers
– cash box
– set-up and clean-up
– 2 bartenders
– 1 supervisor
– 50 and 100 cup coffee urns
– coffee cups

Unlimited:
– Pepsi products
– ice
– orange juice
– clamato juice
– coffee
– cream, sugar and stir sticks
